"Boots chemist have made me ill, I have cared for my dad with dementia & diabetes for 8yrs. Boots have failed there duty to care for my dad. There supply of medication is very poor they hold very little stock. And keep you waiting weeks waiting for medication. My dad has to go without medication due to boots are unable to provide. I now will change chemists I'm so stressed and worried about the care they give it is really poor."

"I have monthly prescriptions BUT they are NEVER on time! I am always having go in to reorder and I'm always left with no medication even though THEY order on my behalf ! Absolute nightmare!The staff are lovely !! but I have NO IDEA WHY my prescriptions are never there when it's a regular prescriptions it's VERY frustrating!"
