"Staff are unhelpful and rude, wouldn’t recommend this chemist to anyone!"
"Went to collect my prescription and was told needed to pay for two items even though I've always paid one. Pharmacist wasn't very polite and told me I'd been under charged before. I asked for my prescription and said I'd go somewhere else. The pharmacy then wrote on my prescription twice "2 charges!" WENT TO ANOTHER PHARMACY AND WAS ONLY CHARCHED FOR 1 ITEM AS IT WAS 1 PRESCRIPTION! Save your money and go elsewhere. Checked nhs website and for my medication its 1 charge."
"Medical staff come across as friendly and professional, seem to do their job well. However, ladies on the front desk are snappy, rude, and out right disrespectful at times. Not an ounce of care in what is suppose to be a caring profession. I have left the shop many times feeling awkward. Makes no difference that we're all wearing face masks now cos they never did smile, we can still see their scowl and negative body language. Almost as rottweilerish as GP receptionists, I'd say a tier below, but certainly not far behind. Please be kind, we don't want to be there picking up medication as much as you begrudge being there to serve us."
"My husband who is very poorly with cancer as just returned from New cross hospital this week after having is left lung removed, part of the stomach and some wall of the heart removed also is classed as disabled and is really poorly, I called the chemist to ask for a one time delivery to our home of some medication as I am is carer and can't leave him at the moment due to being so unwell was told by the very rude staff over the telephone it's for vunerable people only! My daughter is isolating and we have no one else to help, I was told to call the manager if I'm not happy, you know I can't be bothered I find it totally disgusting that I've asked for help once off you all the years I've lived here and you won't drop a prescription into Langley Avenue which is in the next street, shame on you! So now I have to ask a neighbour to sit with my husband so I can get his pain relief, rude, and no time to help others!"
"Cannot fault the medical professionals at this pharmacy but the non medical staff need re training in politeness. They are always rude and always struggle to find prescriptions that are supposedly filed alphabetically. The staff always speak to customers like lepers and are the epitomy of all that is wrong with a 'caring ' profession. Have some respect for customers please."
