"I ordered a repeat prescription. Over two weeks ago. I rang early last week to be told it had not been processed but it would be sent electronically marked urgent. As it was a bank holiday they said they would send me insulin pens on Friday. Well that did not happen so on the Tuesday after the bank holiday I have no medication whatsoever a d have had to reduce the insulin I am administering so that I do not run out. It has raised my sugar levels considerably. I feel badly let down. You try to contact by phone and it rings and rings not no one answers"

"Jhoots Pharmacy deserves a 5 star review as the staff are very welcoming and friendly and they provide an excellent service. They offer a delivery service too so, if you are unable to get to the pharmacy, they can deliver your medication. The pharmacy itself is always clean and tidy and the staff are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. On one occasion my medication was sent over to them just before they close at 6pm on a Friday and when I called them to say I needed to collect my medication as I didn't have any left they stayed open for me so that I didn't have to go the whole weekend without any medication."
