"I went here in the hope of them being able to correct a dreadful haircut done at previous salon. Kate spent an hour and a half trying to make the best of it and achieved a lot. She listened to every word and did exactly as I requested and the result is a nice wearable cut, albeit a tad shorter than I’d originally wanted as the second attempt at previous salon by second hairdresser resulted in the back being butchered on one side. I’ve made a follow up appointment for my next trim with Kate. Thank you."
