I, very unhelpfully, describe how I want my hair cutting and Michael just gets straight on with it. You can tell he's got experience, did a lovely cut and accompanied by funny, friendly chat. He was really quick with it as well considering how long I let my hair grow out. Was such a pleasent experience I let him keep the change which I never do cause I'm a cheapskate.
