"Have used paws and chores four times now and everytime there is a problem with the booking. Firstly the original cleaner was not available however she was unwell which is understandable. The replacement did not really do a great job and was inefficient - spent an hour and a half of a three hour clean messing around in the kitchen. The second attempt the cleaner was around an hour late and I nearly had to cancel as I had an appointment. Again, not a great job done. The next time the cleaner arrived over an hour early and skipped an entire floor in my house - i don't even think she did the hoovering anywhere. The rooms she did visit were still covered in dust and I had the clean then anyway. This last time the cleaner I booked suddenly was unavailable. After lots of back and forth with the company offering me different times when I was not available a cleaner was allocated and has yet to turn up forty minutes after I understood her to be arriving. I have now been told she will arrive thirty minutes after I explained to the company I needed to leave. I was attracted to the company as it was pet friendly however I've yet to meet a cleaner who has even greeted my dog to put her at ease and after four attempts I've given it an honest try. Considering you have to pay for the clean upfront it is an outrageous service and I would not recommend it. The quality and reliability is not worth it and there are better cleaning services out there. There is no real way to give feedback directly to the cleaner and as times are hard I didn't report the cleaning issues to the company thinking I could book them again and explain what I was unhappy with. More fool me."

"I have booked a cleaner on the app and the lady texted me that she can’t do that day. However on the app she was available on that day. I have send e-mail to the manager she never replied back to me. I do not reccomend this company. Not organised company ."

"I booked one-off cleaning. Ok quality (not superb). The cleaner broke the foot of the hoover. Now, this of course can happen, BUT she never mentioned this to me, instead she has hidden it inside the bucket!!! I was here during the cleaning and when she left. Such a dishonest behaviour, I cannot recommend this company"

Louisa was extremely helpful and guided me into booking someone that suited me and my home! I’m an addict now and use the app whenever I need a cleaner!"
