"Don’t go into that place!!! I gave my brand new trousers with leather decor which after 1 time I wore them and got back a destroyed piece back. I warned them to put protection over leather parts which they promised to do so. However when I picked them back, all leather decor was destroyed. When I asked what do we do about this situation, I was told they will fix it, and I didn’t want it as it’s brand new trousers that cost me £500. When we spoke to the owner whose name is Adel he said we will see no money back from him. However he tried to make the guy who works for him (only accepts orders) pay us back from his own small salary and we were told if we will continue complaining he will fire that poor guy. Disgrace. Nothing else to add."
