"I needed my black winter coat cleaned for a family funeral and at short notice my coat was collected, cleaned and delivered the next day in time for the funeral at no extra cost other than the cleaning cost. It was nice to have the choice of either a steam clean or dry clean. A dry clean was carried out and I was very pleased with the result as the coat is quite old. It is good to know they can do steam cleaning as for certain items this may be the preferred option. Thank you to Jay and all at Dry Ice for excellent service and prompt attention. "READ UPDATE: Really disappointed- had three suits dry cleaned with a whole other bunch of stuff. The suits have come back with significant creases and crumples all over the jacket and trousers. It’s as though it’s just been done for the sake of it without any checks.. UPDATE: Junayd the owner personally reached out to me and got this sorted out. Had a voucher back and he ensured all suits were fixed.. Am impressed with the level of service and commitment even when things don’t go as planned!"
