"Let down at the last minute, deposit stolen. Absolute nightmare, Definitely would not recommend! They did not show up for my moving out clean - reportedly the car broke down. Proper Cleaners did not contact me, I had to chase them up when they did not appear. Chris agreed to refund my £90 deposit, however despite repeated messages has not done so. There are far more reputable cleaners, do yourselves a favour and go with one of them."
