The guys changed the steering rack, but the knock was still audible, they changed the steering rack again under warranty and completely free of charge, just in case the first one was faulty (not their fault) - and that fixed the issue. The guys were great throughout and couldn’t help enough. Highly recommend."

"Tyre was repaired well and wheel balanced so no issues with the work done. Only issue is with their IT system. Firstly,I was able to book the appointment on line very easily either for am or pm, so opted for am. On arrival at the workshop though, I was told that they were full for the morning so it would be done in the afternoon so I had to leave the wheel with them. Good to their word they rang me early afternoon so I went to collect it. Only this time they couldn't find me on the system so I ended up having to find the confirmation email on my phone to prove that I had already paid."

"Poor. Appointment was at 8:30 when the place opened. Arrived 15mins early as requested in the email to me. The place didn’t open until 8:50 when a gentlemen arrived on his pushbike. It was clear he was left on his own to run the whole place. He was cursing and swearing throughout fitting my tyres and the three weren’t balanced as paid for on my order. The guy was in a foul mood and I didn’t want to stick around to get in an argument. I will not be revisiting."
