"Staff are all young and don't really care but I got my coffee. They have a new seating area outside with picnic benches some of which are undercover. If your lucky the peacock may pay you a visit whilst your munching. I do enjoy the zoo and this cafe is perfectly placed to refresh and refuel after the steep climb up."

"When you reach the Tearoom at Belfast Zoo, you certainly are ready for a seat as it awaits you after a Big climb. The prices can be a bit steep as well as the climb and there isn't a great variety of hot food. The staff are very friendly and when walking around the fantastic Zoo maybe just a cup of tea or an ice-cream is all you really need...."

"Not a fantastic choice of food, but the place was clean and the staff were very helpful. The young lady who took our order was more than happy to refill our reusable cups so nice to know they are supporting the environment too. My children enjoyed the ice creams which I must admit looked very good. The terrace is a lovely spot with fabulous views across Belfast and there are toilet facilities nearby."
