"I used the service a while back and it was great, this time round it was absolutely shocking. I booked a cleaner some weeks back when I knew i'd be visiting home to look after the place. After messaging a couple of times to confirm the date and time, which had been read, I called Doncris instead. The day before the confirmed date I called again to confirm the time, after failing to reply to my messages. This was agreed at 1/2pm. On the day itself there was no show. I called again but it went straight to voicemail, tried on another number and unsurprisingly this rang through, and Doncris hung up on me, which was so rude! I was amazed. Appalling customer service, wouldn't try again"
