"I was unable to register on their site to make a purchase. I phoned to order a tumble drier which they claimed was in stock. I was then advised it wasn't, however when I checked later, it was still being advised but at an increased price. The salesman was abrupt and less than helpful. I happily gave slightly more to a company I feel is more reputable and trustworthy"
