"A beautiful shop in Jacksdale, Notts selling a wonderful selection of modern takes on vintage clothes from the 20s and 30s. Everything is beautifully made using British materials and craftsmanship. The styles and colours are really striking and underpinned by owner/designer Sophie’s eye for detail and love of history. Well worth checking out the website, but even better, if you’re in Notts, book an appointment and go and visit."

They are made locally to me in Derbyshire by William Lennon using 120 year old technology and designs and are the best footwear I have owned. They will probably outlast me and look as though they would survive the apocalypse. They are made to order so there is a wait but that is really part of the attraction and the personal service I received from Sophie was first rate. I feel lucky to be a neighbour of such a fantastic old-skool clothier and will definitely be purchasing more from the range."
