"I went to Ted Baker as to needed tom return a bag which was purchased for Christmas that had developed some faults (I would expect a lot better quality from a brand like TB) The lady in the shop was brilliant and completely agreed that the bag should not have started to break after just 4 months and agreed to exchange it with no fuss."
