"i am rather disappointed with my experience here at the waterfront bar and restaurant. food cost’s are very expensive and half the stuff on the menu is barely available. last week i asked for a simple salad with grilled halloumi and to my surprise it was unavailable i was gutted with this as i was very exited to have this meal as it looked amazing on the menu photo. so the following week (today) me and my family go back to this restaurant as we own a caravan here at challabrough bay but yet again the salad was still non-existent. so a second choice i chose curly fries to which i have to to wait a hour to arrive but this is expected as it is holiday season overall staff are very kind a lovley but the service just needs to be worked on xx"

"Beach Beautiful! Shame restaurant food was awful! Paid nearly £50 for all our food and drinks. Chips weren't freshly cooked. Chicken were dry. No one even checked if were happy with our food!"

"Food looks better than it tastes. Lots of menu items not available. Our food took ages to come and was cold when it arrived. Gluten free options meant just leaving some items off the plate and there was no flexibility in the menu - not able to switch one veg for another for example. Just had to buy an extra side."

"A couple of issues during our visit. We were told the meal would be 20 minutes. It ended being 45 minutes. Secondly the pizza I had d was of low qualty. I exped something a little better for the price. On the positive side, the an waiters were all very good, working efficiently and giving assistance when required in a helpful and courteous manner. The bar/restaurant itself is very well situated, close to the beach, and easily accessible. It is spacious inside with tables well spaced out and the sea facing wall has large windows letting in lots of natural light."
