"If I could give zero stars I would, this place is an utter disgrace used to order from here all the time and was lovely and I don’t know what’s happened… ordered a cheese pizza and a steak baguette, cheese pizza was burnt, like cardboard and just unedable, the baguette was completely burnt, onions wee burnt and so was the steak and the cheese was stuck to the paper that it came in, was supposed to come with onions, mushrooms and peppers only came with onions… phoned the store and just was complete and utter rudeness from the boss, shouting down the phone saying there was nothing wrong with and asking what did we want him to do put it in a box… disgusting behaviour and with myself also working in a pizza place as customer service head… I’d be sacked if I spoke to customers like this… disgusting and will never be back"

"Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs. Just go somewhere else. Ordered a calzone and a regular pizza arrived instead. Phoned up to explain the situation and was just ignored by the owner and then after he insisted that he made that calzone and that I was in the wrong. After shouting down the phone at me he proceeded to hangup - I called up again. He assumed that I didn't know what a calzone was despite ordering it. I then asked if I could send him a picture of the pizza so he could see it wasn't a calzone and instead he started screaming down the phone at me and hung up again. My missus could hear him shouting from the other side of the room.Overall it was a very concerning level of aggression. Will not be back. P. S. Here's a picture of the "calzone"... The pizza place is just bad - including the food."
