"I ordered a takeaway from spices and was told it would be delivered in one hour, all my details were taken from me and read back .... One and a half hours later I still had no curry! When I called they said they had taken the wrong number down and would do an urgent delivery for me. Twenty minutes later it finally arrived freezing cold and then dropped out of the bottom of the bag so as you can imagine I'm not to happy with spices and won't be using them again"
"The reason for the 2 stars is not the food or service which as usual is very good. It's for the state of the ladies toilets which are really appalling. It doesn't matter about being pretty but, there are very poor locks on the cubicle doors. Nowhere to hang a coat or handbag, and a leaking toilet. No toilet roll. Really does spoil the place."
