"My daughter took me to Villa Italia for a birthday dining experience. She told me before I sat down not to post a review but I just can't let it pass. We were seated very quickly in a lovely seating area. Everything was clean and fresh and the titillating aromas coming from the kitchen was wafting around the restaurant so I was anticipating a lovely meal. My tea, food and overall time at this establishment was faultless. The server was exceptional and could not do enough for us and we even took a doggy bag home which did not get an eyebrow raised at all. The atmosphere is perfect for solo, couples or groups so if you are around the area I would definitely recommend booking a table or you could miss out because when we were leaving there was a queue out the door and that presence told its own story."

"Friendly service and nice food in a happy surrounding. It was good of the staff to sit me away from a party as I was dining alone and very tired, needing a little peace on an emotional day. I loved the half bottle of wine (why don't they all do that?) and the whole experience was lovely."

"Buzzing place with friendly service, and quick service if you know what you want. Sadly my Carbonara had sauce without much taste, and it's bacon tatsed like ham (but that could be just me as I find that all bacon in the UK tastes odd/different than what I'm used to). Yet, reasonable prices for good portions so price-quality(-amount)-level should satisfy you."

"Amazing Italian restaurant in the centre of Belfast. Delicious food, quick, efficient service and friendly staff. The management obviously expect high standards from their staff and the waiters and waitresses seem pleased to give their best. So they are obviously well treated by their managers. There was a great atmosphere and the decor gave it an authentic Italian courtyard restaurant feel. It was packed with happy diners. Large portions and good value. I'm happy to give it 5 stars."

"An authentic Italian restaurant serving great pizza, pasta and also home-made tiramisu. Nice decor and friendly staff too. Only disappointment is the fried chicken nuggets for kids which are a bit dry. Place is really popular so will need to book well ahead for Sunday lunch."
