"I purchased a watch to wear the same evening. However, on getting home I found it wasn't working so had to take it back to the shop. They replaced the battery and all was ok. However, I would have thought it fundamental that they check watches work before the customer leaves - I had to make a quick return trip as they were shutting early. I know they were busy and had staff shortages but surely should have checked the item."
