"I phoned and asked "how much to cut a 2005 Polo key, just for the doors?" I was told £8. I went to town especially for this, with key. The nasty little man starts telling me "It won't start the engine." I told him I know. He then accuses me of wanting to sellotape the bean from the existing key to the lock so I could disable the ECU security, and starts telling me if I do that the car could crash. I assured him I wasn't doing that. He then tells me a door only key would cost £75 to cut. Nasty outlet of a questionable company. Avoid."

"Unfortunately had about 50 keys cut for work and only 20 worked he told me to come back another time as he was busy. Not the first time this has happened either will use somewhere else from now on."

"Took a watch in for a battery change, he charged £12.95 for 30 seconds, gave it me back and later on I found the second hand had come off. He obviously had decided not to tell me, but to take his £12.95 anyway. Pretty dodgy operator.."
