"I have recently joined and have used the gym pool and health suite. The gym and pool are decent and probably the quality you'd expect at a more expensive club, however the health suite let's it down a little. Whilst the sauna and jacuzzi seem clean they are a little on the small side to handle demand at peak times. The steam room has been out of action since I joined despite being told it would be sorted in a few days. It is this aspect that knocks it down from 5 stars. The staff all seem pleasant and professional."
"A very bad example of customer service has been shown from a reception staff Joanne . Please ILC please take an initiative to train your staff in a professional and courteous manner specially the front desk as it is the face and first experience of a members and customers alike. What is the point of running such a big leisure Center without taking pride and interest in providing a good customer service?"
"After cancelling my membership a few years ago today I decided to go back for a gym session expecting that things could have improved, although this was not the case. The lady at the reception was not kind at all and the conditions of the changing rooms just got worst. Lockers without doors, running taps in the shower rooms, and rusted furniture are just examples… A part from this, the gym was clean (early morning), and the machines were working alright."
