"WARNING AVOID AVOID AVOID. This company is a complete joke. I lease my property to them for a 2 year period, after 2 months they charged me £120 out of my rent, because the tenants had blocked the gutter. This along with, they try to get non existent works done and charge the landlord extortionate amounts. I can honestly say anyone giving them any good reviews are fake. They will NOT give your property back after the lease expires. When lease expired I asked Steve to start the eviction process at least, his reply was we don’t do that, you as Landlord have to do the eviction,and he forwarded me a solicitors contract who was charging around 4K to evict. Whenever I went into the office and spoke to Steve about hand back of my property, he just had the attitude of get lost, and the type of bloke who would stick 2 fingers up behind your back as you walk out their office. I once called in and spoke to Jade and complained about the mismanagement of my property, all I can say she started screaming down the phone at me and the best way to describe her voice, turning demonic. This company only cares about Elliot Leigh and not Landlords or Tenants. And before Steve replies and says “Oh it’s not our company, it’s another company or sorry we didn’t live to your expectations.” Just save the BS for someone else."

"They definitely own None Star for their savage customer services. I wish I could upload and play the conversation record here if google review has this function. As Elliot Leigh and I both agreed an appointment had been made that I booked the electrician to install the boiler knob for the tenant a few days ago. But the tenant did not show up during the appointed hours. After the electrician and I awaited about 30 minutes, I had to pay for call out fee to the electrician. I tried to report this to Elliot Leigh and claimed the refund from the tenant for the absence via the phone call, but I was rudely interrupted several times by one of their female staffs who made the mistake on the appointed date(she had no idea which day was for the appointment). when I asked for her name, she started shouting and brawling, also maliciously avoided this topic. I am shocked that she felt proud of her ill-bred and aggressive attitude instead of trying to fix the problem, which is quite like when Jade sharpe screwed up the relationship between tenants and landlords. I wonder how she got paid from her awful behaviors at work? My advice is: Go back to school and learn from beginning. ''Response from the owner 2 weeks ago Dear Minyan Thank you for your review. "I am pleased with the service Ryan was always very nice and helpful. I will recommend this letting agency as they always helpful and polite. Always quick never cancel any appointments. Been they tenet for over 8 years and rent two different properties. Great service!!!!"

"I have rented out ElliotLeigh for almost five years. The company is excellent. The money arrives on time every month. On the odd occasion when repairs are needed, they are dealt with promptly . The big question as a landlord is to compare what you are paid elsewhere after commission etc and uncertainty of vacant possession against guaranteed rent. Previously before joining, I thought there must be a catch somewhere, but there's not. A big shout for Stuart and Jade who are a credit to the company and a joy to work with."
