"I love this place! Broke my beautiful fine gold necklace and they fixed it so quickly and perfectly. I was surprised at the low cost too. Today I went in with a chunky gemstone bracelet that was too big and they were very attentive as to what would be the perfect new length for my wrist and did the job in an hour. They were also very careful about taking the piece and writing my name and phone number on the little envelope it went in. Really lovely people too. Great experience and highly recommended."

"I visited the Gold Workshop jewellers in Harlow as i wanted to know if they could make changes to several pieces of jewellery i owned. I had faceted matching stones changed in a ring and a pair of earrings They gold plated some sentimental silver chains and earrings and fixed a box chain that i thought was well beyond repair The also cleaned all the jewellery so that it looked like new I called in on the off chance and was warmly welcomed and they discussed what i required and gave advice. It is a wonderful workshop with knowledgeable staff. The price for all the work above was very reasonable, the quality was fantastic and took under a week, i am delighted with all the work and would highly recommend the workshop if you need repairs, restyling or custom made jewellery, this is the place to visit."
