"I found the Gold Workshop by accident. I tried on my wedding rings and post baby my fingers were not as small as they once were and I couldn’t get them off. I needed to either go to a A&E or find a jeweller to cut them off. I called a few in Waltham Cross and because my ring was platinum they weren’t confident they could do the job. I was told to go to the “one outside of Pavilion”. I ran in and within 2 minutes my rings were cut off free of charge. The Jeweller told me once the swelling had gone down I should come back and get the rings resized. I came back after a few weeks and was measured. Within a less than a week my rings were ready and I got a prompt call to let me know when I could collect. On collection my rings looked brand new. No evidence they had been cut and shined and polished. Really impressed and happy. Thank you for your speedy service."

"Unfortunately I dropped off my chain to get repaired as it snapped and needed to be soldered back together. I dropped it off on at 15:30 and was told it was too late to do that day but would be called the next day in the morning to collect which was fine. I called the next day at 16:00 as I had not heard anything and was told not only that it couldn’t be fixed but that they were closing early and so I only had 15 mins to get back to the shop to collect my still faulty chain. Not impressed with the level of communication. On a positive note they did leave my chain with another jewellery shop for me to collect it from."

"lovely little shop. the staff were friendly. I gave a ring to have the engraving erased and as they do same day service for engravings, so I was able to have everything done and leave in under 20 minutes. Did a fab job and they even noticed that some stones in my ring were loose and tightened the holds, so I wouldn't lose my diamonds! They have lovely used jewellery up for sale and offer custom designs or refashioning of old pieces. Definitely recommend."

"Perfect service. Communication was immaculate throughout. I handed in a ring for resizing and the goldsmith Can (Jan) went above and beyond - he tightened the stones in place, polished the entire ring on top of resizing. Highly recommended."
