"Total scammers! My husband went to repair my bracelet and it was returned shorter, wouldn’t provide a receipt for repair and argued took the initial receipt back and dismantled the bracelet. When I put my bracelet on it was tight and before the repair it was lose hanged on my wrist. I have photo to prove this! They are cheaters, rude and untrustworthy. Wouldn’t think the owner would lose customers over small repair! But I suppose if he steals small amount of gold everytime it would eventually build up— don’t ever to go here their weighing machine is tempered. They shout and intimidate customers."
