"Having been with the same vets in Surrey for over 20 years, making the move to a new area and finding suitable veterinary care was a cause of great anxiety. Having asked those familiar with the area for recommendations, and having seen a Watkins & Tasker vet on the BBC, I made the decision to register with Watkins & Tasker in Nailsea. Well, it proved to be an incredibly positive decision. I have found all the vets to be incredibly friendly, caring and detailed with their explanations. All decisions have been made with consideration for the wellbeing of my dogs and myself at the fore. I could not be more grateful for the support we have received during a difficult transition."

"As I have found with all Vets, they are extremely helpful, friendly and really care about your animal. But when it comes to cost I can't understand why everything is SO expensive. In fact more expensive than going to a private dentist if I had problems with my teeth. Well £95 for a tube of something plus consultation and upto £500 for a deep clean. My dog has been with me 24/7 for nearly 11 yrs. Being disabled I had her neutered at the DPSA charity on the Bath Rd. This time I have jumped into my savings again, I had my own teeth done for 5 grand so I can't deny my dog. Anyway everyone knows Vets are expensive and this Vet has a better reputation than the other 'corporate' vets so I rate it accordingly. Nothing bad, nothing exceptionally good so average. I look forward to seeing my dog with nice clean teeth and no halitosis.( I have been brushing her teeth twice daily but I cannot reach the rear teeth.)"

"I wasn't prepared for the outstanding level of service we recieved at Watkins and Tasker. We'd been taking our ginger Tom ”Minky” here for years and had built a rapport with the staff. Sadly Minky was getting on in years and had become incontinent and arthritic. It got to the point where we thought he was in too much pain so we bit the bullet and went to the Vet. Prepared for the worst we were absolutely delighted when Dr Neil our usual vet let us know that as Minky's brain was still as good as a cat half his age. He could rebuild him. Thanks to Watkins and Tracker Minky is fully loving life since becoming Bionic. He can be a bit of a handful with the eye lasers though."
