"Very welcoming and friendly staff, bringing the jewellery to show me as I am disabled and need to sit down. I wanted some charms soldered onto my charm bracelet and wanted to buy another one too. As I bought a little 9ct gold elephant charm and have used this store before; they were happy to waive the cost of jump rings needed and solder the other charms for a discount. A thoroughly enjoyable shopping experience with good value for money I would recommend them to anyone."
