"A complete rip off and outrageous, the staff made me wait for half an hour when they are supposed to be open and ready to serve the customers at 11.00. Bought a chain with pendant back in November but the lock broke last month, charged me £50.00 for the tiny lock. Wanted to make a pendant of a stone I was quoted £375.00 for 4gram gold including the making charge of £125.00. Went to Goldbox on Ealing Road, they did the same job in £270.00 including £60.00 making charge. Please be aware of the scam happening in Rathy Jewellers."
