"Highly recommended. Staff are very friendly and nice. I needed a necklace fixing as the chain had broken. I took it in Friday afternoon and it was ready for me to collect the next day on Saturday afternoon and it was fixed to a very high standard, its a old necklace and they even cleaned it, so I got it back all nice and shiny like new. The price of repair was the same price as other shops had quoted to me but other shops had said 2 to 4 weeks wait time. This shop only took less than a day to fix the necklace. If you want a really professional and good genuine jewellery store then this is the one to go to. I went dressed in my jogging bottoms and a t shirt and trainers. so did not look my best, but they treated me so nice. A lot of shops when they see you dressed like that they treat you different, but this shop treated me with great customer care and service. They are amazing. I would give them more than 5 stars, but 5 is the maximum allowed on here. I would 100% go here or recommend them to anyone needing a jewellers shop."
