"The vet I saw this time (sorry I didn’t get her name) was great! She was really personable and explained a lot more to me than any previous vet has in the past, giving me advice on how to monitor Opal’s breathing rate so I can potentially spot when her heart may be deteriorating and further treatment may be required. This was really useful info which I’d never heard before and I will definitely do! Obviously I couldn’t come into the room with Opal, but I could hear the vet talking to her and reassuring her, which in turn reassured me."
"Excellent care and advice for our Fancy rats. Lovely, caring and empathetic staff. Listening to them cooing over our boys from the waiting area was an absolute joy! Beware of the carpark entrance though! Had to nurse my Fiesta through as it's a squeeze."
