"WON a air fryer on the auction side of things (approx £53) on 8th of Nov they took my money & then cancelled the order on the 9th due to not having any stock, they promised a refund in 3-5 days but they keep lying about needing now do a manual refund that will take 5 to 10 days which has now been over 3 weeks & i have not seen a penny refunded, my bank confirmed that NO refunds are pending & if TJC had processed a manual refund then it would show up as a pending payment the very same day which after 3 weeks i have seen no pending refunds in my account & my bank advised me that TJC is lying to me about the refund & to open a claim with visa, TJC customer care has been beyond useless and the worst i have ever experienced, they just keep lying to me telling me to wait, i am a mere few days from a month since i made my order and they have not got me my order nor my money back, the situation is disgusting, i asked for proof of them processing the refund but they refused to provide it, i asked for a senior manager to contact me back but they refused to do that. total and utter nightmare, I WAS LOYAL TO TJC BUT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG THEY WILL SHOW YOU ZERO RESPECT AND HAVE NO MORELS ABOUT TAKING MY MONEY AND NOT REFUNDING ME, I HAVE GIVEN THEM ALL THE TIME THEY NEEDED TO FIX THIS AND HELD OFF LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AND POOR STAR RATING IN THE HOPE THEY WOULD FIX IT. BUT THEY LET ME DOWN AND TOOK MY MONEY AND SUPPLIED NO GOODS..KINDA SOUNDS LIKE THEFT TO ME. "Bought a pendant for 300 plus bugs , never came even after numerous calls , when requested refund , they are taking more than a month to return the money , nevertheless had to raise dispute via PayPal to get my money back. On Trust pilot when raised my dissatisfaction review , they urged to have contacted me via email , which never happened.Appaling company to deal with."

"Customer Service is very poor. I have wanted a new chain for a very longtime and they were bigging up a belcher chain for just under £300. When it arrived I was appalled at the quality the chain feels plastic. If you didn't know it was gold you would just say it was children's plastic jewellery"

"I purchased a gold chain on 11/4/2021 that look like a bargain. When showing items on TV makes it look bigger than it is. Cheaper in the shops, I paid £6.85 for recorded delivery to send it back and they said they will fully refund me. I received £1.86 in may 12 emails later requesting the £4.99 they said they had refunded me but no way. I have requested proof of this but still waiting and waiting for the £4.99. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY FROM A JEWELERS."
