"Went mid July and inquired if they could polish 2 platinum rings. The gentleman who seemed to be the owner as well said they could do it. I then asked how long it will take and was surprised to hear I could get them in a few hours. I insisted that I wanted them polished really well. I was then asked if I can pay. As I didn't have my wallet with me I said I will pay when picking them up later. Came for the rings around 3-4 hrs later and was not impressed at all. I expected my rings to be polished but it was obvious that they must have been just a bit thoroughly wiped with a cloth. I expressed my disappointment with what they have done but the gentleman insisted this is what polish is... and on top of that he wanted me to pay cash and if I wanted to pay by card he would charge me more. When I said I dont want to pay at all he put the rings behind the counter and said I need to pay for the service. Which was NOTHING what I expected! I paid £40 for a terrible polishing and when I asked for the receipt he started mumbling(to himself and his wife and mother that came meanwhile)... Utter disgrace... would not advise to go to them and would recommend to AVOID KHUSHI jewellers."
