But it has taken me over 3 months (despite constant reminders, ending with threats of legal action, for breach of contract) to get him to finish the certification on a boiler installation which he was required to do within 30 days. I had paid him the agreed sum and can only surmise that he was after more money . I cannot trust him anymore"

On the day, Stuart called and advised on his arrival time. He was punctual and set about doing the service. He explained what he was doing and also what measurements were within the tolerances and later provided guidance and recommendations on further safety advice. Very pleased with Stuart. Thank you."
