"Very disappointed with the way my dog has been treated over the weekend in this place, first of all we get there and they get the booking wrong make my wife feel unwelcome due to there mistake, secondly they did not work with him at all to take him for a walk, because he was scared they called him aggressive and left him in his kennel the whole weekend, Prisoners are not treated like that I expect better for my dog! Only plus was they took him on short notice other wise this would be 1 star review"
"I cannot thank Shaw Kennels enough for the way they look after my boy. He's a big German Shepherd, and he likes to test. The wonderful owners and staff at Shaw, handle his needs beautifully, he comes back happy, and smelling lovely! A fantastic kennels, very knowledgeable, very clean, and very friendly. Would highly recommend."
"We booked our cat in for 2 weeks - all ok - was told the price - all ok booking confirmed - we have just called up to check a few things & was told our booking was not in their diary - who ever we spoke to originally had booked the wrong 2 weeks & we coulndt get her in now as fully booked !! DISGRACEFUL ! We now have the pointless task of trying to find somewhere at late notice. I am extemely angry upset & very concerned where to go for help. they have usually had a good reputation but after this, i will never again recommend or use them - TOTAL INCOMPETENCE !!!!!"
"Doggy Prison and a con. Dogs were in for less than 48 hours yet the owners insisted that 2 nights counts as 3 'days as they were there for part of Sat, all of Sun and until 10am Mon. Then the owner had the cheek to make disparaging remarks about my animals. The dog would happily go back into his pen if he had been properly exercised and was therefore tired!! Our usual choice doesn't have that problem. Only used this kennel as our usual ones were full. WILL NOT use again!!!"
