"Went in today just to buy some dog shampoo (our two dogs had rolled in a Badger toilet). The store had been having problems with a network connection for days and a newly-installed WiFi box had only functioned briefly before giving up. So, electronic scanner not working, electronic till not working, electronic cash drawer not working... Despite all of this, I was made to feel welcome and everything was explained to me in a very calm way. I paid cash, the devices were made to work and the cash drawer opened. Special thanks to Jasmine, Holly and Morgan for working so hard and being so professional."

Yes, it’s more expensive than ordering online but great if you need something quickly and don’t want to wait for delivery. Also nice to be able to support a local business."
