"Hindsight is a great thing. What company asks you to pay in full before a job has even started?! RSL came to replace a valve on my washing machine. It developed a leak so I called them back. I was told it was the fault of the washing machine installers. This is not the case and I have photos to prove it. They did not communicate with me after their second visit and simply charged me for coming out again. To top it all off the plumber was rude and visibly angry. Choose this company if you want to be charged twice for an unsatisfactory job. Very unprofessional and won’t use them ever again!"

"Awful, I would give no stars if I could. We had our boiler serviced by them, only to have it break down a day after, this was two weeks ago. The plumber has been back to 'fix' the boiler 3 times since then, and each time another part has broken the day after he has visited. I can't work out if this is a deliberate tactic used by RSL, or just caused by total ineptitude..."

"Solar panel install for hot water. They left but stold me the wrong switch for the immersion heater so my bill was astronomical. Everything they did was a mess up. Then when I called them they couldn't help as they just say the solar team is finished . Worst service I've ever received . If I could give them minus I would do . Poor quality"

"Fab Plummers! We had a leak coming through the ceiling downstairs!!! I called around 1pm and was told someone would be with me by 5pm. Around 3.30pm a lovely gentleman called Alan arrived. He sorted the problem out within minutes and got rid of the excess water in the ceiling. We were recommend RSL by a family friend. I would 100% recommend them and they will now be my go to Plummers. Thank you all at RSL!"
