"I booked Nat's services to remove a shelf, a curtain rail, mounted TV and large mirror. I sent photos of the work that needed to be done and agreed to the quote. When I made my request, I stated we were moving and needed to make good any damage to the walls from the original drilling and requested the holes would be filled in. The shelf was left on the wall and the walls were left in a state; soft putty like filler was used which hadn't dried after 10 hours and a wall plug was left inside a hole. Nat called me questioning whether we'd made it clear enough that the shelf was to come down and asked what was wrong with the job (after I had sent photos). He then admitted it was "not the best" and that he could send someone back. I didn't hear anything further until almost 9pm, when somebody offered to come back and remove the shelf and return to the filler 2 days later, after which time we would have moved out. We ended up taking out the soft filler and wall plug, sanding down and re-filling the holes ourselves and made Nat aware we had undertaken this work ourselves, therefore no need to send anybody back. There was no offer of compensation from Nat. I would seriously advise you to book elsewhere for your handyman needs. Photos attached."
