"I am thoroughly unimpressed. I made an appointment with your Wrotham office +/- 1 week ago. I was told that I would receive a confirmatory e-mail - none arrived. I subsequently rang your office to confirm that the appointment had been made, and to change from a face to face meeting to a telephone call. No phone call was received, on an urgent, time-critical matter. Allegedly a call was made and a voicemail left. But I received neither. Nor was a second call made, nor an email sent advising that a call had been missed. Pathetic. This is mickey-mouse customer service - you should be ashamed of yourselves and now have put me in a very difficult position. Unconditionally not recommended."
