"Wouldn't even give the kingswood branch a 1 star! Feel very let down and disappointed. We came to everyday loans as we struggled to get loans with the banks and wanted to sort our finances out and start fresh for the new year. I researched everyday loans and there were a lot of good positive reviews so I thought I would apply! All I've had from Alexandra and Nadine is that I would get calls back numerous of times which I never got! It was always me and my partner having to call up and chase them up. We were never kept in the loop with what was going on. All I have felt is that they can't be bothered to help us!"
