"Following an excellent initial interaction, communication from my tax accountant literally stopped. I received no updates on how my dossier was progressing, and having spent several weeks preparing all necessary documentation, I was loathe to start again elsewhere. I eventually made a complaint to Edmund, a senior member of the team, and was met with nebulous responses, none of which provided any detail about why things had come to a standstill, nor the status of the discussions and projects which were ongoing. A complete lack of basic client service and communication across the board, there appears to be no people management nor oversight of how clients are managed. This sub standard client service continues and I have waited 3 weeks for a response to my last email and have now requested a formal internal investigation report. The next step will be to follow the complaints procedure as set out by ACCA."
