"If I could give zero stars I would ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You have been warned. They were supposed to be completing a Lasting power of attorney on my behalf. They failed to complete this in time and the office for the public guardian removed my file due to Simon Harrington's failure to complete the paperwork within the time frame of 3 months. I had already paid them so no come back ! I have lost count of the number of occasions I have left messages and emailed for a call back. They are totally disreputable and cannot be trusted DO NOT USE 1ST STEP WILLS AND TRUSTS."
