"I used Jones and Partners Accountants for 1 year and they were completely unprofessional. The first accountant appointed to be my adviser I never heard from again after signing the contract. Despite several telephone calls and an initial 2 hour meeting, he seemed to disappear off the face of the earth with no explanation. The second person appointed was unresponsive and unprofessional - rarely responding to emails or telephone calls and not once meeting an agreed deadline. We agreed a fixed price for the completion of my business and personal accountants (considerably higher than I previously paid my accountants) but I then received several additional invoices for work that I never saw the output of and never agreed was ‘out of scope’ of the original fixed price. If you need an accountant I would suggest avoiding Jones and Partners Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors (London E15 4RG) at all costs. I was flabbergasted a ‘professional services’ firm could be so unprofessional."
