"The swimming lesson instructor had a poor attitude and complete lack of sensitivity when dealing with my child. Learning should be fun. Making a child feel like a failure in front of their peers is very bad teaching. My son left in floods of tears."

"Showing a little bit of wear-and-tear, but the building as a whole is in a good shape and it's clean and tidy in the showers and changing rooms. Toilets could see some more love on the Men's side at least. Water temperature has been consistent. A touch on the cool side but not cold, and pleasant when swimming. Once you're in you don't feel it. Overall quite nice."
