Thrilled to say that, because he went above and beyond, I’m back to simmering and making favourite sauces. Thank you."

"Truly appalling work, service conducted on range cooker, food started burning immediately, it turns out that after a full service costing £517 we had been left with an oven running 100 degrees over, so hot that the oven bulb casing cracked and the bulb burst. The manager, Darrell Atherton, laughed at me when I called him to describe the situation. Avoid at all costs."
