"Spoke on the phone today with two lovely ladies on the singer helpline whose names I sadly do not remember but they both provided great help and were excellent. The first one provided helpful feedback even though I didn't have the sewing machine in front of me because I was on my lunch break and then when I called again at 4 after work the other lady I spoke to was also wonderful and took me through all the necessary troubleshooting steps and now everything works perfectly. Excellent service."

"Unfortunately not a good experience for me. Purchased a Singer heavy duty overlocker at Bath and West Show but due to family circumstances did not use it inside the guarantee. When I did the needles fouled the looper. Bogod said it was outside the guarantee and not the use it had had but the length of time past guarantee so unhelpful.i had overlocker two raw seams. Took it for repair to very experienced machine repairer of 30 years. He stated that the machine loopers had not been set up correctly in the factory and the Timing was out so it would never have sewed properly. I paid £96 to rectify this machine and would hope Bogod would reimburse in the circumstances.and await a response."
