"I had a repair done on a sentimental ring that I was really worried about leaving. The staff were lovely and really reassuring. When the ring came back it looked amazing.. couldn’t recommend them more highly."

"Not happy with the service. I was told it would cost £30 to fit a new slightly larger (2mm) fastener to my gold chain. When I went to collect it I was told it would be £45!!!!!!!! When I questioned this large increase I was told that I must have been given a wrong estimate. The lady who attended to me the day I took it in was not there the day I collected it.I WILL NOT be giving them my custom again."
