"Main Incoming feed to the house leaking under concrete floor, called Avon Water for leak detection and Richard arrived within the hour. He detected the leak and advised this was an old lead pipe and recommended a solution that would not involve digging up the concrete floor in our dining room. He proposed installing a new feed pipe into the house via the garage with a new stop tap in the garage. I was fortunate that my address fell in an area that Severn Trent operate a grant scheme to replace old lead pipe so cost to me was minimum Richard then arranged for a team to attend the following day to carry out the work. His team Callum and John arrived on time and where very courteous and efficient and the work was completed with the minimum of disruption. I would highly recommend Richard and his team and have already mentioned them to friends."

I called a number of contractors who were unable yo come out for days. I called Richard and sent him pictures and videos. He said that they could come out the next day, on a Saturday no less!
