"Oven element packed in late Wednesday afternoon. Rang Busy Bees at 9am Thursday and by 2pm had it fixed, at a very fair price! Sonny was one of the best tradesmen I've ever met. Friendly, informative, very professional & super efficient. Sonia in the office kept me up to date as to his whereabouts & when I could expect him. Sonny himself phoned shortly before his arrival. Was blown away by the service I received & cannot praise the company highly enough. Can certainly recommend to anyone thinking of using them."
