"Called to see if I could walk in for an ear piercing and was told due to openings in the schedule I could probably be fit in, and when I got there I had to wait for maybe 5-10 minutes before I was seen which is not bad at all for no appointment! Kerry did two lobe and one tragus piercing for me, and she was absolutely phenomenal, so kind and helpful. At one point I was feeling a bit faint and she quickly offered a drink and a lolly and gave me plenty of time to feel right again and checked if I still wanted to get the other piercings before continuing. 100% would recommend!!"
